The Taste Test

I sampled two best sellers; the Mexican and the Tuscan. The Mexican was topped with chopped tomato, chicken, onion, sliced avocado and swirls of sour cream. It’s taste was reminiscent of a quesadilla with a mild kick of spice. It was my favorite of the two. The Tuscan is a white pizza with no tomato sauce and is best described as sweet. The onions were caramelized just right.

So, here’s how the taste test went down.

First, I tasted each pizza in it’s original recipe. Then, for direct comparison, I sampled gluten-free and vegan versions of the same pizza. The only notable difference between the two is that the gluten-free crust is slightly thinner than the original. As far as taste goes, nothing changed. Both options were equally flavorful.
